3. Booking and Payment
To book our services, you must provide accurate information and make a deposit as specified in your service agreement. Full payment is required before the delivery of final video products.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Power of the Light, including videos, images, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of Power of the Light. Clients are granted a license to use the final products for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability
Power of the Light is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
